Top 5 Pair Puzzle iOS Apps in Australia Q1 2021 Performance Report

In the first quarter of 2021, the pair puzzle category saw varied performances among the top iOS applications in Australia. At Sensor Tower, we've compiled the data to give you an overview of how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Lion Studios Plus's Match 3D experienced a decline in downloads from 25K in the last week of December to 8K by the end of March. Revenue, however, saw a rise from $16K to $19K in the same period, while weekly active users dipped from 48K to 35K.

Jam City, Inc.'s Mahjong City Tours: Tile Match also observed a downward trend in downloads, starting at 318 and falling to 504 by March's end. Revenue peaked at $4K in early February before settling at $3K, and active users fluctuated, ending at 2.8K from an initial 2.8K.

VIZOR APPS LTD's Mahjong Treasure Quest showed inconsistency in revenue, with peaks and troughs throughout the quarter, ultimately rising from $3K to $2K. Downloads began at 181 and saw a high of 313 in the final week, while active users gradually increased from 850 to 958.

G5 Entertainment AB's Mahjong Journey®: Tile Match displayed a revenue increase from $1.8K to $1.9K. Downloads saw a drop to 46 in January before recovering to 128, and active users saw a slight decrease from 317 to 261 over the quarter.

Lastly, Sheriff of Mahjong: Tile Games, also by G5 Entertainment AB, had its revenue grow from $1.3K to $1.1K. Downloads hit a peak of 112 in early March and ended at 75, while active users data for the quarter is not available.
